How much is shipping?

We offer free express delivery on all orders within Australia.

For international delivery the standard delivery cost is $45.

Can I track my order?

Yes, orders can easily be tracked.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you your delivery tracking number by email.

If your order has not arrived in the expected time frame please contact us.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will be dispatched within two business days.

Orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post Express Service and are delivered in 1+ business day*.

International orders are sent via Australia Post Standard International Service and are delivered in 6+ business days*.

*If you require a more specific delivery timeframe please check the delivery network estimate on the Australia Post website.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, please contact us to discuss.

If you do need to send something back to us please ensure the items are in the original state of purchase.

It is recommended that return items are sent via registered post, as we don’t accept responsibility for lost items. Customers must cover the costs to return the parcel.

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately.

Any personal information that you provide to us will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Gallivant State.
